Ryann tried to put it on Sandy yesterday, but the dog would have none of it.
Well, believe it or not, the temp is 30*F here in sunny SE Texas! The temp had not dropped this low at all this winter, atleast not over here. I hear that some other parts of the Houston area got snow the night before.
